WHAT IS MEANT BY "CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED BREW METHOD!" MENU?

It refers to the method of roasting: to make the best use of the potential of coffee and the limits of coffee-making methods, we have been prompted to work with basically two roasting “recipes”. This approach also determines the selection of our coffees, so that in some cases we roast a batch specifically for espresso or filter coffee.

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We deliver your orders domestically by home delivery (courier for HUF 1500) or to a parcel machine (Foxpost for HUF 1000), but you can also pick up your order in person at the roastery on the Monday after the roasting, between 16 and 18 hours. Our address. If you choose public transport, you have to get off the buses 33 and 133 at the Építész utca stop. All international orders are shipped via FedEx or GLS Europe.

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY COFFEE?

Your order will be processed and sent to courier services within 3 working days. The average delivery time for domestic orders is 1-2 working days for home delivery and 2-3 working days for delivery to a parcel terminal. International delivery times may vary. We roast every working days, your order will be fulfilled from the last or next roast, so our coffee is guaranteed to arrive fresh.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVE A PARCEL IN A FOXPOST TERMINAL, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Foxpost will send an SMS with your account access code to the phone number you provided, informing you of the dispatch and arrival of your parcels.

Once the parcel is deposited in the machine, you have 72 hours to collect it. If a public holiday or bank holiday falls within this period, the pick-up time will be automatically extended. After the pick-up time has expired, they will store your parcels in their central warehouse for a further 2 days.

If for some reason you are still unable to collect your parcel on time, you can request a retention period extension by using your parcel ID starting with CLFOX.

CAN I ORDER GROUND COFFEE?

We believe our coffee is at its best when ground just before brewing your cup of coffee, so you can’t order ground coffee from us.

WHERE CAN I THROW AWAY THE EMPTY CASINO MOCCA COFFEE BAGS?

Our packaging is made from fully recyclable, BPA-free plastics (PET12 / PE-EVOH), and can be disposed of in the separate waste containers with the yellow lid (plastic and metal).

CAN YOUR COFFEE BE CONSUMED AFTER THE EXPIRY DATE?

As roasted coffee does not undergo any harmful microbiological deterioration, it can be consumed after the expiry date we have set, but we can only guarantee that it is at its best before the expiry date.

ARE YOU A NON-EU CUSTOMER OR A BUSINESS IN THE EU AND WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EU REVERSE CHARGE REGULATION?
