WHAT IS MEANT BY "CHOOSE THE WAY YOU WOULD PREPARE YOUR COFFEE!" MENU?

It refers to the method of roasting: to make the best use of the potential of coffee and the limits of coffee-making methods, we have been prompted to work with basically two roasting “recipes”. This approach also determines the selection of our coffees, so that in some cases we roast a batch specifically for espresso or filter coffee.

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We deliver your orders domestically by home delivery (MPL and GLS from HUF 1990) or to a parcel locker or pick-up point (MPL and Foxpost from HUF 990), you can also pick up your order in person at the roastery on Mondays between 16 and 18 hours. Our address: 1117, Budapest, Hunyadi János út 3. Building G. If you choose public transport, you have to get off the buses 33 or 133 at the Építész utca stop. International deliveries are handled by GLS Europe (to selected zones of the EU for orders up to 2 kg) or FedEx (to selected zones of the EU for orders over 2kg and to the rest of the world). To the Czech Republic and Slovakia, delivery is also available to Zásilkovna / Packeta parcel lockers or pick-up points.

When can I expect my coffee to arrive?

Your order will be processed and forwarded to the courier services within 3 working days.
The expected turnaround time for domestic home delivery is 1-2 working days on average, and 2-3 working days for delivery to parcel lockers or pick-up points. We roast every working day, so your order is guaranteed to arrive fresh. International delivery times may vary from country to country, especially if your package goes through customs.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVE A PARCEL IN A FOXPOST parcel locker, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Foxpost will send an SMS to the phone number you provided (for domestic telecommunication services only), informing you about the dispatch and arrival of your parcel.

Once the parcel is deposited in the machine, you have 96 hours to collect it. If a public holiday or bank holiday falls within this period, the pick-up time will be automatically extended. After the pick-up time has expired, they will store your parcels in their central warehouse for a further 2 days before returning it to us.

CAN I ORDER GROUND COFFEE?

We believe that our coffee retains its best form in its roasted, whole-bean state. It is worth grinding right before brewing, so unfortunately, you cannot order ground coffee from us.

WHERE CAN I THROW AWAY THE EMPTY CASINO MOCCA COFFEE BAGS?

Although our packaging is made of recyclable, BPA-free plastics (PET12 / PE-EVOH), the recycling of these composite materials has not been solved in our country, so the bags can be thrown into the household waste bin.

CAN YOUR COFFEE BE CONSUMED AFTER THE EXPIRY DATE?

As roasted coffee does not undergo any harmful microbiological deterioration, it can be consumed after the expiry date we have set, but we can only guarantee that it is at its best before the expiry date.
