What does the "Choose your preferred brew method!" menu mean?
It relates to the roasting process: maximizing coffee's potential and understanding the limits of different preparation methods have led us to develop two primary roasting 'recipes'. This strategy also influences our coffee selection, resulting in specific roasts tailored for espresso or filter brewing in certain cases.
How long will it take for my coffee to arrive after I place my order?
Your order will be roasted, processed and forwarded to the courier services within 3 business days.
The expected delivery time for domestic home delivery is, on average, 1-2 business days, and for delivery to a parcel locker is 2-3 business days. International delivery times may vary by country, especially if your package is subject to customs clearance.
This is my first time receiving a package at a Foxpost parcel locker. What do I need to know about it?
Foxpost will send a text message to the phone number you provided (domestic service providers only) about the dispatch and arrival of the packages, including the opening code for the parcel locker.
After the package is placed in the machine, you have 96 hours to collect it. If a holiday or public holiday falls within this period, the collection deadline is automatically extended. After the collection deadline, the shipments are stored in the central warehouse for an additional 2 days.
If for some reason you are unable to collect your package on time, you can request an extension of the storage time using your CLFOX package identifier.
