Rujak Bebeg
JAVA
Frinsa Estate is already at the forefront of Indonesian coffee processing, but their latest micro-lot pushes the boundaries even further: lactic-fermented in an anaerobic environment for fourteen days, Rujak Bebeg tastes like the spicy Indonesian fruit salad with the same name.
Frinsa Estate is located in the Pengalengan district of Western Java and is run by Wildan Mustofa, his wife Atieq who manages the administration and finances, and their son Fikri who came on board full time a little more than a year ago after finishing his university studies and is deeply involved in coffee processing. Wildan and Atieq started their first coffee project in the mountainous Sindangkerta area in 2010, that’s where the story of Java Frinsa Estate has begun. Since the first year of production, Wildan has aimed to focus on quality which requires meticulous attention and processes. Today, Frinsa Estate spans over six different plantations, having their own processing plant and warehouse, giving them complete control, from cultivation to processing and sorting.
