The story of Debela Negusse and his company, SNAP Specialty Coffee, began in 2017 when the entrepreneur formerly involved in importing computer equipment purchased his first washing station in Guji. A year later he founded the Raro station in Uraga. Raro produces clean and crisp washed coffees thanks to its tile-covered fermentation tanks, while they also have the capacity to experiment with new processing methods. Such a special lot is our current coffee which acquired its over-ripe tropical fruity profile by a 72-hours semi-anaerobic fermentation.
