according to us: not your average Honduran coffee!
Sergio and his brother Walter are the owners of Finca La Lesquinada (named after a local variety of the Sweetgum tree, characteristic of the area). The plantation is located near the Celaque National Park, at an altitude of 1,650 metres above sea level. Sergio and Walter are third-generation coffee producers who think consciously about the relationship between coffee and their environment. They are constantly searching for new and high-scoring Arabica varieties, so they chose Pacamara, which is otherwise less common in Honduras. In our case, the coffee cherries were selectively harvested and processed using the wet method.
