For four years, we have been buying coffee from the Sumatran Koerintji Barokah Bersama farmers' cooperative at the foot of Mount Kerinci. We instantly felt connected with the cooperative's young leader, Triyono, who, in addition to the locally traditional wet-hulled process, also uses processing methods from other coffee-producing countries, raising the quality of Kerinci coffees. In our package, we're showcasing five of Triyono's magic tricks. Five different processes: washed, honey, natural, anaerobic honey and anaerobic natural in 5 x 100 g or 5 x 200 g packaging units.
