Andres Guaca is a third-generation coffee grower who switched to specialty coffee growing 5 years ago. He lives with his wife and two sons on their farm called Guacobia. The finca is located in Acevedo, Huila at 1600 metres above sea level. Señor Guaca is constantly improving post-harvest practices and has entered the world of controlled and experimental fermentations. On his 5-hectare farm, he is planting exotic varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Pacamara and Gesha.
