The Long Miles Coffee Project kicked off in 2012 with a mission to find, process and promote Burundi's highest-quality coffees. Giku is one of their latest projects, processed at their newest washing station, Ninga, which debuted last year. This batch, processed with the honey method, is the fruit of the joint work of nearly five hundred small producers and is also a perfect example of the clean, crisp Burundian coffees that we all love.
