This cascara is made from the carefully selected coffee cherries of the Caturra and Villa Sarchi arabica varieties grown on the plantations of the Bányai Speciality Coffee Concept, using the natural process. After careful selection, the cherries were first dried on patios and later on raised beds. The company's environmentally conscious farming combines the vast experience of local producers going back generations with a modern, scientific approach: continuous research is carried out in soil treatment, fermentation and processing. The results are continuously integrated into the cultivation and processing leading to a better cup of coffee year by year.
