Edinson Noriega and his wife Yolima Trujillo are typical Colombian smallholders living in the village of Los Alpes, near Tarqui, on their farm, El Mirador. Edinson inherited the farm 25 years ago from his father and with the help of his wife, they've been growing coffee for 20 years. As members of Coocentral, they joined the cooperative and our importer's joint smallholder project, and over the years they participated in numerous trainings to ensure their coffee meets the highest quality requirements.
