The Rodriguez family's 25-hectare farm is located near the town of Palestina in the Huila department, at an altitude of 1,650-1,950 metres above sea level. The farm harvests twice a year: the main harvest spans from April to June, and the secondary harvest from October to December. The Rodriguez-Ospina family's journey began more than 80 years ago. Over time, the land has been passed down from generation to generation, and today, seven siblings —three sisters and four brothers— continue this rich legacy with passion and expertise. Among them, Martha Cecilia Rodriguez, Graciela Rodriguez, and Linarco Rodriguez have distinguished themselves in the cultivation of specialty coffee, pioneering innovative fermentation techniques and exploring diverse coffee varieties. Their unwavering commitment to innovation, quality and tradition exemplifies the essence of Colombian coffee production.
