Our latest Sumatran coffee is named after Asman Arianto, a Cup of Excellence-winning producer and owner of Asman Gayo Mill, which processed our coffee. Asman has close ties with farmers in the Pantan Musara region and produces both washed and dry coffees in addition to the locally traditional wet-hulled process. With our current lot, right after harvest, the coffee cherries were sorted using the floating technique, then dried on raised beds under foil tents until the desired moisture content was reached.
