Finca San Patricio El Limón is located near the municipality of Palencia at 1350-1850 meters above sea level. Palencia is not listed among the eight famous Guatemalan coffee-producing regions, yet the track record of El Limón is highly recognised. The farm is a typical family business in which every member of the Reyes family plays a part. In addition to the family members, another seven-person staff is employed full-time. Ten different Arabica varieties are grown on the farm, one is the Pacamara that we currently roast for you. The coffee processing is also carried out on the farm and in recent years they have invested in a plant nursery, QC laboratory, warehouse and staff accommodation.
