In terms of specialty coffee, Caranavi is one of the most exciting experimental grounds in South America. It is also the home of Grover Mamani, who owns the 13-hectare Finca Kantutani. Kantutani uses an agroforestry system that integrates the cultivation of woody plants (trees and shrubs) with

agricultural crop production. Although our coffee is not certified organic, it is important to note that Kantutani does not use chemicals; the health of the plants and soil is supported by the farm’s biodiversity.
