Servio Tulio is a new-generation coffee producer who has gained attention in the last couple of years with his top-ten Cup of Excellence rankings. He entered for the first time in 2019 and, to his greatest surprise, reached fourth place with a batch of washed Pink Bourbon, similar to our current batch. Like most farmers in the area, Servio and his wife, Nelcy Yohana, inherited the farm from their parents, which they expanded over time by buying more land. In the beginning, they grew sugar cane, then at the urging of their neighbours, they switched to coffee, including the exotic Pink Bourbon variety.
