The 36-hectare Finca Bonita Springs is located near the village of Alto Lino in Boquete, in a fairytale environment interwoven with mountains, valleys, rivers and springs. The Miró family has owned the plantation for 80 years now. Still, the farm's most exciting life phase just started in 2017,

when Arturo Miró and Olmedo Miró launched a new business model, converting the farm into a fully-fledged specialty coffee business, complete with its own drying and processing plant. At the same time, in addition to the well-proven Caturra and Catuai arabica varieties, they also planted less

common varieties such as SL-28, Pacamara, Wush Wush or Laurina. Our cascara is made from dried cherries of the Caturra and Catuai varieties.
